We were extremely pleased with Mr. Philip Kee as our Trainer for ISO 22301:2012 Societal Security – Business Continuity Management Systems provided by Luke Philips International Pte Ltd. on 25 Aug 2017 who initially exposed our entire Serial Group to BCMS and subsequently as our ISO23301:2012 (BCMS) BSI Singapore Chief Auditor for 2019 and 2020.
Philip brought the optimal mix of ISO 22301:2012 Societal Security – Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) knowledge and real world experience to our Organization. He always asked the right probing questions coupled with exceptional listening skills and really listened to our answers to ensure that he was meeting our needs and vice versa.
Serial Microelectronics couldn’t have had a more experienced and resourceful Trainer for laying the foundations of implementation of our BCMS, than Philip. Given the new complex subject matters in which we had to learn, Philip devised a distinctive approach to help us to grasp BCMS. As would be expected, complex subject matters on Risks & Opportunities (R&O), Risk Assessment (RA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Recovery Point Objective (RPO) vs Recovery Time Objective (RTO) started to fall into places. Philip was incredibly thorough in making sure that all of the bases were covered.
In the future, if Serial Microelectronics needs consulting or put our Processes, Procedures and Systems in place; we know exactly who we want it to be.

Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) engaged Luke Philips International Pte Ltd, in June of 2019 to assist us in improving our Business Continuity Management System to prepare for the recertification of our ISO 22301:2012 in that year.
Mr Philip Kee, went about the task wholeheartedly, in providing valuable service and advice in revising our BCM manual, strategy, procedures, plans of the departments, divisions, and schools. He personally conducted workshops for our BCM coordinators to train them on the standard’s requirements, update and improve their BC plans. He also undertook to conduct for us a corporate-wide BCM desktop exercise.
